This is the bowling ball Todd Book and I made in Reno for the PBA telecast...Yes there is a lot of down time on tour...lol.  Anyway for you tech heads, the ball has a pancake weight block and an H20 coverstock.  We had to throw it lefthanded because of the shadows created  early in the morning if it was done righthanded so the man from ESPN asked it be done lefthanded.  We did it in one take...luckily because the ball disintegrated upon impact.  Yes it has grips and a slug too...fyi

    Happy Holidays

    Thursday, December 27, 2007, 08:55 AM [General]

    Happy Holidays everyone!

I have not been on my site for about the past 3 weeks.  My wife and I had our 5th child 3 weeks ago and its been pretty crazy around here between tour stops coming home and of course getting ready for the holidays.  Not to mention getting ready for the second half of the season on Tour.

Looking forward to a great 2008 for myself and everyone else.

Dave had autographed a bowling pin for me right after the tournament concluded in Grants Pass, Or..He had just secured the exemption for the 2007-08 National PBA Tour..If he had been the victim of a tragic highway mishap, that spared his wife and 1 year old,the autographed pin would have brought a bundle on Ebay..

I know you must be getting frustrated with the bowling so far this year. Keep your chin up!
Hope you bowl better the rest of the season.
